My love for all things cornbread began most likely because I grew up along the Mississippi. Catfish was my favorite thing when I was little and I could eat nine catfish steaks in a row. Gumbo and cornbread are my main passions now so you may see a few variations on those culinary themes as we go along. Stay tuned!
Holiday recipes for Southern Traditional Cornbread Dressing and Southern Traditional Chicken or Turkey Gravy have just been posted to my blog. Just in time for Thanksgiving!
